Mercy Me

Last night hubby and I went to a concert with some friends. We saw Michael W. Smith with Mercy Me. We had an incredible time...dinner at the Tuscany Grill before hand. It's been a million years since I've seen Michael W. Smith...I went to christian concerts all the time in college and used to see him when he toured with Amy Grant. Hubby and I are crazy about Mercy Me...have you heard of them? I've noticed they're playing many of their songs on the top 40 pop stations lately. The concert was wonderful and it was actually nice getting out of the house on Friday night...something we don't do very much. I remember the first time I ever heard "I can only imagine" and knew it was destined for greatness! There are a lot of really excellent Christian bands out there (Kutless is my new favorite), but I still love classic rock too!
